With regards to the return of the item(s), we’ll will need a little info first as this decides which address is used for returning the item(s).
Please send the following information in as much detail as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Is the return due to a fault with the item(s)?
- Is the item(s) in a resalable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging?
- Was the item(s) installed or used at any time?
- Is a credit or replacement required?
- If the item is a fabricated or a bought in special item we will not be able to issue any credit unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged from a fault of L&B
If the item(s) is in full working order and in resalable condition we will offer a full refund or replacement/alternative item (sent out at the customers cost)
If the item(s) is deemed to be faulty, we will have the manufacturers engineers run tests and provide a report.
The outcome of this report will decide whether full, part or no credit is issued. No credit can be given until the inspection report is complete.
Return of goods to and from L&B after initial sale will be at the customers expense but may be funded partly or in full based on the outcome of any report.
If any goods arrive damaged we must be notified immediately and where possible send pictures of the damage to email@example.com
In some cases a restocking fee of up to 30% of the total value may apply to some items if they have been bought in to complete an order. No carriage will be refunded.
If you are not happy or need to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase and return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within a further 7 days of your notice of cancellation/return, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records and tracked or signed for. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, on receipt of the goods in undamaged condition we will refund the full purchase price to you to the card you originally used for the purchase minus any delivery charges if they were applicable.
