If any goods arrive damaged we must be notified immediately and where possible send pictures of the damage to website@lbnorwich.co.uk


With regards to the return of the item(s), we’ll will need a little info first as this decides which address is used for returning the item(s).
Please send the following information in as much detail as possible to website@lbnorwich.co.uk

  • Is the return due to a fault with the item(s)?
  • Is the item(s) in a resalable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging?
  • Was the item(s) installed or used at any time?
  • Is a credit or replacement required?
  • If the item is a fabricated or a bought in special item we will not be able to issue any credit unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged from a fault of L&B.

If the item(s) is in full working order and in resalable condition we will offer a full refund or replacement/alternative item (Stocked items only – sent out at the customers cost)

No carriage will be refunded.

If you are not happy or need to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase and return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within a further 7 days of your notice of cancellation/return, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records and tracked or signed for. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, on receipt of the goods in undamaged condition we will refund the full purchase price to you to the card you originally used for the purchase minus any delivery charges if they were applicable.


Any order that includes an item that we do not stock and sent direct from our supplier / manufacturer will be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%.

Restocking fee’s will depend on the product supplier / manufacturer, if you wish to discuss how much your restocking fee would be please email us at website@lbnorwich.co.uk

All our new products come with at least 12 months warranty for UK consumers (excludes Clearance Items)

Faulty Items:

If the item(s) is deemed to be faulty, we will have the manufacturers engineers run tests and provide a report.

The outcome of this report will decide whether full, part or no credit is issued. No credit can be given until the inspection report is complete.
Return of goods to and from L&B after initial sale will be at the customers expense but may be funded partly or in full based on the outcome of any report.

Please note: for the Test / inspection to take place the item must be clean, anything returned that isn’t clean enough to test will not be tested. 

Orders that have been dispatched from our supplier / manufacturer and refused at point of delivery will be subject to a restocking fee after the second failed attempt.

Restocking fee is non-negotiable and L&Bs decision is final.

Helios parts imported in from Germany cannot be returned for credit unless they faulty under warranty.
