Idealair Series DG 1/DR 1 double deflection supply grilles are suitable for duct, ceiling and sidewall applications in most commercial projects. Two sets of aerofoil grille vanes can be individually adjusted allowing the air pattern to be set on site. When fitted with an opposed blade damper at the rear  they become series DR 1 with the damper being adjustable through the front face of the grille.

Frames and vanes are manufactured from 6063 T6 extruded aluminium. Frame mitres are mechanically jointed and tig welded on the rear and neck for added strength and rigidity preventing any distortion of the hairline mitres. Grille vanes are set at 20mm centres with the front set of vanes mounted horizontally in the frame and the rear set vertically as standard. Grilles can be supplied with vertical front and horizontal rear vanes if required.
